 1/22/2010: Serious Class DJ Style Time: 7:30 pm till 10:30 pm

7433 Limekiln Pike
Philadelphia, PA 19138
Class will be run by DJ. Please wear loose fitting cloths. something that is easy to move in.
-Circuit Training (Run 10 laps, every command 5 jumping jacks, push ups, sit ups)
-Stretching
-Horse Stance Drills (Punching, Holding Sabers)
-Kick Drills (Basic Kick Line Drills)
-Stance Line Drills
-Directional Foot Drills (With and without sabers)
-Spin Drill (50 Forward/Backward Figure 8 each side)
-Blocking Drills (with partner)
-Shii Cho Drill (How to follow commands)
-Group Choreography (More than two people to a group)
-Strength Training (Push ups, Sit ups, Plank, 6 in, Roman chairs etc.)

Also thanks to surprise guest Juan ("Yogen Himashi" from our partner in SaberWars, NY Jedi) for coming down and taking in a class. It was also nice seeing Marissa again ("onlytheoretical" on the boards here). Don't be a stranger!
