Remember class can change, so please check the boards frequently. Also, wear loose clothes that you can move around in easily. Please remember as well that full member dues for the month ($15) will be collected at the beginning of class, unless you have already paid. Non-members are asked to bring $10 for the class.
7:30-7:45 - arrival
7:45 - 8:05 - Stretches cardio and strength training.
8:05 - 9:00 – saber drills.
9:00 - 9:10 - break
9:10 – 10:00 – practice and create fights
10:00 - 10:10 - break
10:10 - 10:25 - Show fights
10:25 - 10:30 - Circle Up and Bow Out

Re: 3/5/2010 class So I got plague from somewhere...so as not to share it with you all, I'm gonna take this week off. Sorry to do this last minute, but I am on hour 20 of being awake (sleeping didn't work last night due to not being able to breathe) and I have a fever...so yeah...sorries >.<
